How does the subscription work?

• Enrollment is open until the last day of each month

When do envelopes ship?

• All envelopes are sent with USPS twice once a month, typically between 15th and 30th of each month
• A confirmation email is sent when your mailing is on its way

What if my envelope is lost or damaged?

• If something arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive at all, a replacement will be sent whenever possible.  Use the contact page to get in touch.
